I love working for this company, it feels small and close knit yet we are expanding to be able to serve more clients. Supportive, collaborative culture without micromanagement.

I don’t know everyone at the company since there are multiple locations but we usually have twice annual get-togethers that are a lot of fun.
Abysmal pay, poor management, management does not truly care about the employees outside of her favorite few employees, and the entire operational system is in complete disarray. If they keep growing the way they are now, they're going to crash and burn.
