Some of the employees are super nice to work with, full kitchen with some snacks provided to employees, company merchandise provided which some pieces are very cute.
Cons
As a small office you wouldn’t expect the back biting but it is rampant here and almost encouraged by management. The owner is rarely there and he is very confrontational, erratic and accusatory with zero proof for very extreme accusations and threatens often which includes suing someone in baseless accusations.
