Pros

Flexible work from home options Teams and colleagues primarily collaborative and capable

Cons

Internal processes very inefficient Executive leadership is toxic and incompetent. Executive leadership team is more focused on empire building and point scoring than doing what’s best for the organisation and its people. Too many entitled and toxic people leaders who use their teams to service their career ambitions. Current round of Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations has been appalling. EBA team has refused to negotiate in good faith and instead expended all their efforts into trying to gas light staff into accepting a sub standard offer, while executive management pay rises appear uncapped. Psychological safety has now become as serious concern for many employees.
