Pros

Genuinely important work. Other staff are passionate & clever. Modern & always-evolving tech. Good leadership. Flexibility- wfh is allowed. Working around content makers is unique.

Cons

Pay is just okay. Not as data-led as it should be. Incidents have scarred leadership, making them excessively anxious regarding screw ups. Decision making can be top down, with top executives often weighing in on micro decisions. Not many people attend in person- can get lonely!
