Pros

Longevity and history of the company

Cons

Executive management does not follow the company's "core values". Inappropriate and false gossip directed towards targeted employees by executive leaders. Lack of communication, support, and job training for new and existing employees. Executive management takes no accountability for their poor choices and wrong doing, and the unreasonably high turnover at the corporate office since 2022 is a direct reflection of this toxic work culture.

Pros

Exciting and challenging. Good local people.

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The low pay used to be tolerable because of the old school get it done culture. New global management team has brought a severe slow down in progress and a major morale drop.
