Pros

Can't think of any, other than they had a nice cafeteria ! Oh, up until they took the coffee away - you know it's hard times when you can't even motivate your team with free coffee ...

Cons

Too many to list - but, I must say - with out a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for! These guys don't know, what they don't know, and will never figure out what they do need to know !!! It's really sad when you are working in the head office, and the CEO does not make a single effort to meet with his team?!?! As for the remaining management members, who are hanging on to the sinking ship, are a bunch of "Misfits" who all worked on a project together, way back when,,,,, now can you ask yourself, "who's on first" ...?

Pros

I don't have anything nice to say about them as it was really disappointing to get kicked despite a decade of loyalty and hard work .

Cons

Nepotism and Bullying is encouraged. They constantly struggle to retain good staff due to poor people's skills and lousy remuneration. They have too many overheads (managers) who are well protected even at tough times. They have cut throat attitude towards their good workers and will get rid of you in a heart beat, no matter how long you have worked for them. Unrealistic and impractical promises are made to the clients by incompetent upper management idiots and when those promises are broken they get rid off hard working staff who actually make money for the company. 10 years of loyal service and no thanks from the management, instead got kicked. In these tough times they can afford to keep highly paid good for nothing managers but won't dare to retain hardworking, poorly paid good staff. Truly disgusting!

Your feedback is disappointing. We expect all our people to behave in line with our core values and that they are reflected in the way we operate. Unfortunately, like many companies, we have had to let people go as the industry sectors in which we operate become more challenging. They are not decisions taken lightly. Nor do they diminish our appreciation of the hard work of all our people.

Pros

Centrally located in Gulf Canada Square

Cons

Terminated with zero warning. I had no indication it was coming, had received no negative feedback, in fact no formal performance review at all in my 8 months there. I had however received a lot of positive comments from leads I worked with on daily basis. I was working hard one minute and the next I was being told by P&P that I wasn’t ‘ a good fit for the team’. When I asked for explanation or elaboration as to what that statement meant I was denied. I have absolutely no idea what happened. Have never been terminated in 20 yr career. Sent home with no explanation and only a weeks severance pay. What a slap in the face for staying to work late just a couple of days prior.
