Pros

Company is honest and transparent with its employees and customers. Snacks, stand up desks, state of the art headsets, double screen monitors, great leads and the majority of the people Enjoy coming to work. Definitely a place to make home.

Cons

Company is still relatively young. They have been in business since 2012. I think this is a good thing because the sales hierarchy is not 100% established yet so there is still room to become a top earner there.
