The culture and general work environment were great. They do a good job hiring good people who are generally easy to work with, Pay and benefits were very good.

Cons

The vision for the future of the company seemed to perpetually be in flux. Leadership seemed to struggle with determining the best path forward. Customer-facing and industry-experienced employees would give feedback that was ignored too often.
