Company was great in the early days. Now just bad management and unhappy staff.

Everyhing controlled out of London. Sadly the great people that built this company are no longer there.

Pros

Great music, the company great and diverse selection of music for the B2B market.

Cons

One or two manipulative people spoil the team ethic which the others appear to put up with. One or two line managers have more focus on their own career than there team. So don't expect much support, at least a dozen people left the year I did, including a founder member and the CEO.

Nice and clean office space.

Cons

Salaries in this company are significantly lower than competitors. So because of this, there is a lack of development and progression for the individual. Management are unappreciative and cold and an employee leaves every week or so. In the last few months or so, the ENTIRE marketing team left. Unsurprising.
