Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything

Cons

Upper management has literally publicly admitted to putting fake reviews on here Ancient computers with zero support for the developers (while sales people somehow get the pick of the litter w/ new devices [which still suck]) Corporate culture for a company that's barely a startup Below average salary for crappy, outdated work Zero mentorship & guidance, really depends squad-to-squad Everyone in the company hates the place

The more management, the less leadership.

Pros

Very friendly, laid back environment. Some truly great, passionate people who know the industry so well. More than one product that can do extraordinary things in the right hands.

Cons

The structure has become incredibly top heavy. Most of our clients can tell us what our problems are but the company's response always seems to be to hire more managers rather than more people who can deliver solutions. The company claims to have a commitment to “customer success” but the people leading this initiative appear to be ill-informed of what that means.

Police state work culture

Pros

From flexible hours to competitive pay to great organizational culture - if your hiring manager tells you this, don't fall for it like I did. This company thrives on fake reviews, as you can clearly see from the top glowing review about how the company's weakness was that it's "corporate". (What was that interview advice about turning your weakness into a strength?) To be fair, there is one nice (albeit unoriginal) touch about the workplace. Birthdays are celebrated monthly for anyone whose birthday falls into that month. If you want your own birthday cake, this place is not for you.

Cons

- disorganized: lack of training for new employees - "police state" work culture. - zero privacy in your work space - unrealistic deadlines - management take notice if you take a break to grab a beverage - break time closely monitored - so the boss can squander work time on facebook and youtube, but employees can't? - lunch time closely monitored
