      Not a horrible place to work, but definitely not a startup.

      Pros

      Great benefits including : medical, tuition reimbursement, snacks and such, nice office.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there, the culture needed some serious work. They called themselves a "startup" but all that happened is that they put some nice snacks in the kitchen. Most people who work here are from the very old insurance industry and they just come to work for a paycheck. It builds for a mismatched culture.

      Work from home was the only convenient thing

      Cons

      lack of direction, leadership is running around with their heads cut off, no true sense of growth and no way to grow in an organization that doesn't value the work it does or know where they want to even go, My KPI's from my manager changed weekly and never had any consistency with the way they applied them. Would not work here again if I had the choice.

      Poor Management, Favoritism

      I used to think very highly of this company, but post 2021, I have nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring, poor decision making, incompetent management.
