Pros
Qualifications and career development. Incentives and benefits including new rewards scheme.. 42 days holidays per year (yes some have to be taken at Christmas) but this is more generous than all but the education sector) Listening to staff via a Staff Council and a new app. Productivity is the same as a year ago when we had twice the number of staff - got rid of dead wood!
Cons
The company has endured a really turbulent year and a half and has faced the difficult but necessary decision to make staff redundant. This created unrest and mistrust - understandably. The reviews posted on here by former employees MUST be read in the light of the axes they have to grind - some real, some imagined.
