      Working with senior citizens was great

      Overworked underpaid under appreciated. Salary means work until you fall over. Family and home life balance is a joke. Benefits are horrible

      Good looking at outside. It's difficult to give pros.

      Overworked Underappreciated employee.. poor support from overpaid under performing regional management. Dont work here. If I were you. There are better well managed community unless you have no option. Double standard on treating employee. Worst pay rate due to double standard.
