      - Stable - Interesting industry - Well paid - Good perks - Multicultural staff - Nice colleagues on a personal level

      - Inefficient governance process - Lack of control over internal process: everything has to be done via committee - Bureaucratic, lack of accountability - Lack of transparency - Lack of ability to change and evolve - Lack of upward mobility and career prospects

      Pros

      Lower level staff were all very nice people. No one is really ambitious so it's a 9-5 job really, no matter at what level you work. So if you like that then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Senior staff member were generally unprofessional. There are many, many lifers at Atradius, so there is a general lack of ambition that permeates the place. Once you're in you can stay forever because there's no need to really perform an not much is expected of you. Whole families work at Atradius in Wales. They drive into work with mom and dad. Spooky.
