Release management do not have any technical knowledge and rely on everyone else for risk assesment and hand holding on move to production plans. Service managers are quick to slap you on the wrist but not willing to take accountability for poor planning and lack of knowledge on reporting issues. HR basically don't exist, you have no contact details for them and if you have any issue you have to call a call centre in the Phillipines that is on an opposite time zone to the UK. Atos are in breach of the employment rights act and have been for years but nothing has been done to change it. Staff turn over is the highest i've seen in a company of this scale and important knowledge has been lost. This is due to management taking all the pay rise and not sharing with the peope that do the majority of the work.
