Pros
Solid team and product. Long sales cycles for their enterprise customers but once it's live there's real ROI for customers.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes in leadership since I began 3x CEO's. However, the new CEO is great and the team is focused and hustling.

Pros
All team mates are seniors, so the company don't make you waste the time on useless meetings and you use 99% of your time to focus and solve very interesting challenges.
Cons
The company is still a startup, to make certain things happen you've to take the lead and push. Good news is that management is very open and flexible.
