Pros

everyone is cool, food is good, pay is ok i guess, tips are nice tho! management for pizza is the best, DBC could use some work. FOH Is always chill.

Cons

no benefits, except for free mental health services to help you cope with the fact that without health insurance your body will fall apart working +9 hours and without dental your teeth will rot inside your skull. enough about that tho. some cooks tell terrible jokes and shouldnt be aloud to speak. again, since no dental, you wont be able to understand them for much longer anyway. the chef has a vendetta against people that smoke reefer. kinda dumb but whatever. wages for the area suck. could go be at Dos Santos and make easily 40 to 50 percent more with less hours.

Pros

People are mostly cool. The food is good. Tips are okay.

Cons

The regular worker is not valued here even though they claim to be very worker centered. Upper management stays in the house next door and only comes out to get free food or to micromanage. Store management is out of touch. Communication is a really bad issue here. Every shift is a closing shift as a pizza cook (11pm but usually later). Thanksgiving is the only holiday they close the store for. You get one 20 minute break for an 8 hour shift and it’s looked down upon to utilize the entire break.
