      Pros

      -new pipeline, reduces clicking and increases productivity -lovely people, great culture and cool activities like sports teams, art markets, etc -great benefits RRSPs matching -felt like working with friends and family

      Cons

      -leadership problems and lots of drama where senior artists have more saying than leads -super nerdy and niche culture -children (preschool) audience -seriously limited budgets -Surprisingly structured. Experienced new hires don’t have much saying over former talent. -Health insurance could be higher for families but for individuals/couples it’s pretty good

      They ended contracts very easily, which made the job feel unstable. There didn’t seem to be much concern for employee well-being. There was no insurance provided, and work was tracked very strictly—down to the minute. Schedules were tightly controlled, but expectations didn’t always align with the time given, which made it difficult to keep up.
