Pretty bad for mental health

Pros

WFH Office lunch I don’t know honestly

Cons

Very political Doesn’t matter if you’re good at work or invested, certain folks get listened to and are given value, most aren’t. Really really bad for mental health, I’ve spoken to numerous people and most have the same sentiment. I left and I feel human again

Pros

- Free food - Hybrid - Competitive overall compensation with the bonus and RSUs - Interesting projects at times - Moves fast to catch market trends

Cons

- Company values are decreasingly used in justifying day-to-day work, losing the "heart" of Atlassian - Base salary may be lower than market (overall compensation is good though) - Stack ranking makes people more selfish and competitive - Up-or-out policy (copying big tech), pushing people to promote, or else
