Wfh, pay, and benefits such as fertility and life insurance.
Cons
Everything else. Bad culture created due to stack ranking, causing people to look out for themselves rather than what's best for the product, customers, or company. Don't do rtb work or else you will get punished at review time. You are measured on pr count and comments. Stack ranking means a cut throat culture. Your job is how do you market yourself at performance review time?
