      Fast-paced; wicked-smart "family-like" atmosphere; wonderful co-founder culture; caring senior management; "uber" transparency; quarterly retreats; impactful work. Happy, Horse-power, Humble, Hungry!

      This is a great place to be if you want to prove how talented you are working for a company with an incredible product. Success is recognized and rewarded frequently, and mistakes are looked at as learning opportunities. As long as you are happy, hungry, humble, and willing to work hard you can excel here.

      Not a 9-5 type job. Its hard work Startup life means limited resources Stuck in a co-working space that plays Adele music all day.....

      Passionate and talented group of people

      Pros

      I have never worked with such a passionate and talented group of people before. Everyone truly cares about the success of our clients and each other, I feel very supported. We work at a fast pace on very cool technology that is constantly growing in complexity and capability. We take the time to get to know each other during our tea times and happy hours along with frequent inspirational guests and discussions.

      Cons

      Hiring the right people that fit our culture to maintain our growth trajectory is challenging. Since we are a small team, when you make a mistake, it is very meaningful but the team and CEO are very supportive.
