Pros

Everyone at Atlas treats you like family from the moment you start the training process. Pays great and it’s an easy way to not only get introduced to work in a hospital setting, but also make connections and meet people through your work at the hospitals.

Cons

Some of the shift hours aren’t the best if you’re trying to go to school at the same time, but each hospital is different so I’m sure you’ll find one that works.

Pros

Not a lot to be honest. Some good coworkers, interesting mission and industry. Working with company partners is interesting. A lot of wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Where to start. This company started out right, but quickly went bad. Very top-heavy without much support to the "boots on the ground" people. Seen a lot of individuals hired into inflated director and up roles. Ego-stroking of the CEO and passing the buck and the blame to anyone below them with an expectation that everyone should set aside their personal lives for this company. Just constant chaos and blame-shifting. Felt like every day was spent navigating some manager's emotional state. Not conducive to a healthy culture or good work/life balance.

Pros

Great friendly company to work for.

Cons

During the pandemic as a company that promised to always by our sides. I felt like I was left out in the cold to make ends meet. My savings is no longer a savings because I had to use it all to pay all my bills and the “unemployment package” they said they had set up for us was no help. I did not hear from unemployment not once during the pandemic. I had to wait until the world partially opened to find a job that’s barely paying just to stay afloat of my bills. Honestly the company is great when it was up and running. But if i know I would be getting laid off during a health pandemic while working for a health like company, I would not have applied. Especially cause this was my full time job and I had big hopes of being with them for a very very long time.
