      Revolving door of employees - have never felt so disposable in my life

      Cheerful children (some of the time)

      Cons

      This place is a farce, a slapped-together excuse for a school where the owners couldn't care less about their employees. They do not pay a living wage, answer emails, or respect you. They refuse to communicate with even the parents, and so the onus is on you, and you alone. The job listing on this site is always up. You've been warned.

      Don’t buy what they’re selling

      Pros

      Your coworkers are great since everyone is stressed, so there’s that. Benefits are ok, just ok. The kids are energetic but loveable.

      Cons

      Always watching and listening to you through the cameras, there is little to no support for the teachers, the cooks at every campus are overworked and under appreciated. Turn over is out of this world, since November 2020 it’s been like a revolving door of teachers and staff. Get everything in writing, Does not recommend.
