      Some nice people A buzz in the sales team Field based Nice customers

      Cons

      Bullying managers No bonus scheme No increments You don’t get paid until your 2nd month (month in hand) Bad atmosphere in office You have to leave your phone in your bag You have to drink out of sippy cups because they don’t trust adults not to spill drinks (yep- even coffee!)

      - laid back culture (pro and a con!) - great team of people - freedom to pursue own projects - 9 to 5 culture, no pressure to work outside of these times - thorough induction/orientation

      Cons

      - lack of objectives/targets - company communications needs improving - the kitchen could be bigger
