      Pros

      Great schedule-4 10 hour shifts, paid holidays, great group of people. Time off is accrued immediately- and fairly. Seasonal luncheons and weekly snacks are great!

      Cons

      The point attendance policy could be a little more fairly assess family needs and emergencies.
