      Overwhelmingly Positive Experience with Minor Growing Pains

      Pros

      sufficient resources to be successful, team based atmosphere, great cliental, great training periods to be successful, management wants you to succeed, company is growing fast

      Cons

      good benefits, but slightly expensive, low total of PTO days, young company that is working to provide a smoother operation (a lot of bumps now, in the process of being fixed as company is growing)

      Fast growing company with lots of oppurtunity for advancement if wanted/warrented. High priority of promoting from within. And very high protection of work-life balance when possible.

      Cons

      Fast growing company so high number of protocol and personnel changes. Lot to take in initially on OSHA first aid guidelines but great training program.
