Pros
Excessive marketing keeps blinding the masses.
Cons
Because of the very poor leadership in Athena's Operations division, OMs and ODs have now become full time bullies of XPs. They are not to be trusted despite Athena pretending that it's an outstanding delegation company where trust drives relationships in the business. They are all good with theory and nothing more. They have no understanding of practicing what they preach. As an OM it was disturbing to see a vicious push by management that required XPs to provide confidential information about clients without the client's knowledge. For example: Why would Athena force its XPs to reveal the credit card and bank account balances of their clients? THAT IS SO WRONG! XPs that failed to comply were fired without second thoughts. Why is Athena mistreating their greatest business asset, the XPs in this way? Why is the Operations Team being encouraged to intimidate and threaten everyone they are supposed to collaborate with? What happened to Athena's fake marketing gimmicks talking about how they believe in feedback? Yet when you give honest feedback you become a target that MUST be fired. Such a filthy culture. Athena is busy misusing sensitive information that their clients and employees share with them in total confidence. IT IS WRONG!
