- Everyone is C-suite, disregard SOP and TAT do it now (bec we can't lose a client, everything is urgent) - Work Overload (8 working hours, but the tasks assigned requires a lot more) - If you have good review write in glass door, otherwise don't speak :( (They only encourage good reviews)
