Decent Benefits, Flexible Schedule, Highly Intelligent (for the most part) co-workers, family-like atmosphere, managers seem to be understanding of work-life balance issues, tuition reimbursement
Cons
Minimal training, mediocre pay, no clear management hierarchy, very little room for growth, inequity of pay across similar positions, company management is slow to embrace change, they value profits over people
