Good benefits and work-life balance, but low pay

Benefits Work life balance You can listen to music or videos while you work Good team building events Good Segway into other departments in the company but it is VERY competitive

Cons

The job itself is not hard but it is monotonous, I can see it being a good first job for someone starting their career. Management is fine but they have a "it will be fine" attitude instead of really taking in the opinions of the people who actually do the work when implementing changes. Your pay will suck and expect a barely 3% raise every year.
