      Connections, community with coworkers, good transitional job

      Pay, hardship to get anything approved for staff, available housing options, managements commitment to the employees, food.

      Easy to save money, guaranteed housing and meals, great coworkers, beautiful area with amazing hiking trails.

      Cons

      Often overworked (especially in spring season), far from any major cities, few opportunities to move up, management won't pay to improve low quality housing and meals.

      Pros

      Fun job, great classes to teach with experiments, telescopes, and zip lining.

      Cons

      Passive aggressive management made communication difficult, some housing was terribly insulated, food was ok but often not enough for everyone, and the long hours do get old eventually.
