      A fail promise

      Good salary Remote work Confident employee contract

      Cons

      The salary during training is the half and it raises to the real value for over a year Also they promise you reintegration on projects once they finish but instead they fire employees. And not so safe for lgbt people

      Pros

      It is a very pleasant job, a good working environment, and one always has the opportunity to learn something new. It is not a monotonous job.

      Cons

      The criteria to be met in order to receive salary increases are not as clear. Even so, salary increases tend to be competitive, in most cases.
