      Perkbox and working from home

      Cons

      Aster bangs on about being open and honest, but ironically they are neither. They use people and them dump them when something better comes along. Senior Management are removed from the reality of the business and inaccessible. They say that you can ‘take what you need’ leave, but this is only the case for certain individuals. The culture is toxic and it’s about whether your face fits and who you’re ‘in’ with.

      Employees are great to work with until you get to management level. Flexible working

      Cons

      Management and Directors pretend to care about mental health and employee wellbeing - but it’s all done for survey results. They have no problem treating good people badly
