Pros

Great benefits. Great Vacation policy. Senior Management is great ...

Cons

The Middle managers and the folks executing projects are misinformed, lack skill but have bloated egos. They seriously have no clue what they want and it is a real mess. My manager was super political and a big backstabbing chap. He and his counterpart were part of a clique of hillbillies who passed snide remarks about people and mocked juniors all the time... and nobody would blink an eyelid. It was terrible, non collaborative, lacked transparency and only favored a few. I have worked with amazing companies in the past so this was such a downer.. Is it Political? Yes Is a backstabbing culture promoted? Yes Collaborative? Not in the least Cliques and Silos? Oh Yes Direction? No - Absolutely not Lack of Trust? Very much so Development? Definitely not - Your manager can set you up for failure

Pros

The benefits package is good.

Cons

Senior leadership concerned primarily with their own self aggrandizement and compensation. If you aren't in an office when you start, you don't matter, and you won't ever get into one. Executive ego and "clicky" nepotism are so think in the air here it will make your hair itch.

Pros

I can't think of a single one.

Cons

The company has no integrity, honor, or sense of right and wrong. It is a reactionary environment, which for a "startup" is an incredibly bad precedent since the company should be proactive during this time. My Interview was interesting as everything I was told seems to be contradicted in the "day in the life" part. I felt very discriminated against as my manager said somethings, which were very unprofessional and inappropriate to me. Managers' demeanor was, also an issue, as they were often rude unnecessarily, and didn't seem to have respect. Needless to say, my manager's conduct has made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
