The pay is good but...
Cons
Though the pay is fair, you will find yourself working long hours, 16 hours a day, weekends, holidays and even during PTO. You will be required to get the company email in your phone, you are expected to answer texts and emails promptly no matter what. They will reprimand you if you don't answer emails during your personal time. You will stop having a personal life, the company owns you. This is fast growing company, they acquire an average of 5 companies a month and don't have personnel to sustain the growth. The use intimidation to make you produce, they will not encourage you only make you feel bad if you make a mistake or are not fast enough. Very stressful environment, there is no team environment, but everyone works for themselves. Each person is working to survive, so there is no loyalty between peers. Managers are task-masters and not leaders. They will make you feel stupid and incompetent.
