      You set your own hours. It's all incoming calls. Quick quoting process

      Cons

      You lose notes, quotes, and leads. You only get 10 callbacks so it's one call close or nothing. Only one person was doing great and I think she was being fed by management. Everything comes late in this company. They go by how many hours you are on the phone, but you put in at least 60% more work off the phone. You will make $30,000 per year if you are working 40 hours per week. Connection isn't good. They lie to you a lot.
