Pros

Lower and Mid-management employees are great. There was a great sense of community.

Cons

Chaos. There's a lot of frustration with lack of salary increases. High salaries are too concentrated at the top and only for selected few based on if the boss personally likes them or how will the kiss ups are. They severely underpay existing staff and end up having to pony up a lot more to less talented new hires.
