      Positive Work Atmosphere with Amazing Benefits

      Pros

      This company fosters an environment that encourages people on self-improvement and hard work. It's less about clocking in and out and all about getting tasks completed. You manage your time well and are rewarded with unlimited paid time off.

      Cons

      Thus far, I see no downsides to working for Assertive Professionals, other than it's a small company still gaining ground in this industry. I have no doubt they will go far, especially with their business plan focused on employee job satisfaction.

      Thank you for your review! We try to do the best we can with the options we have available. As you may know, it is difficult to impact employees that work on government site so, we do our best to communicate and include employees in events and such, when it is possible.

      Pros

      In addition to the standard benefits, AP does not micromanage. Leadership is available when you need help or have a special family situation, but they leave you be to do your job in the day-to-day business.

      Cons

      There were no pay raises or bonuses the first few years.

      Small company that offers pay and benefits akin to larger companies, promotes healthy Work-Life balance to its employees and knows each of their employees by name.
