      Great environment and perks, but expect busy weekends

      Pros

      Super great work environment and incredible perks/ benefits. The other girls who worked there was great and the manager was the best i have ever had (she has now left to join the management team).

      Cons

      Can get incredibly busy and you will have to work some weekends, but that is like any retail job.

      The team was great and they were constantly checking in to assess whether more staff were needed during the busy period. It has GREAT perks (discounts, staff wardrobe)

      Can be a very busy store.

      Amazing, supportive team with great leadership. Really good organisational culture. It’s been great to work in a team of people who love their jobs and work really hard to deliver a team result.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be challenging giving feedback to other departments and not seeing it taken onboard
