Aweful management. High expectations with little time to complete. Head office wants all managers and deputies to be identical clones. No allowing for individual influences and experiences

Pros

Asquith was my first job when I moved to England from France about a year ago. They gave me my chance and gave me the necessary training to meet their requirements and expectations. Because that's what Asquith does, yes they are a premium childcare provider and expect only the best but they also know that they are the best because of the people who work for them. Therefore they are always willing to help their staff progress by providing really good training. If childcare is your passion and you want to work for a for ever growing company where everyday will be different, where the management will show recognition and rewards for your hard work then I would only recommend ASQUITH!

Cons

The only cons I would find is that they do not have nurseries in New Zealand where I will be moving in a few months !
