      Pros

      Good salary package and benefits compared to the market.

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor. Employees are expected to work six days a week with 10-hour shift, which can be very demanding. There is no WFH option, leaving little room for personal life. The workload can often feel hectic and difficult to manage.

Ownership & autonomy – Less micromanagement, more accountability. Cross-team collaboration – Direct interaction with product/business.

      Cons

      Processes can be improved / still evolving. Documentation could be better. Prioritization sometimes shifts quickly.
