Pros

Opportunities for career growth if you can navigate the chaos.

Cons

The supervisors were absolutely clueless and only cared about hitting numbers. They had no understanding of the claims process and were utterly detached from the day-to-day realities of our jobs. Their sole focus was on meeting arbitrary metrics, regardless of how it affected the quality of our work or the wellbeing of their team. This resulted in constant miscommunication, unrealistic expectations, and a demoralizing work environment. Supervisors didn't support us or provide the guidance we needed, which left many of us frustrated and overwhelmed.

Pros

pay is in the ok range, benefits.

Cons

Too many claims, unrealistic expectations, too many processes for something that can be simplified, unfair expectations from the quality team, new VP brings new rules as if we are a Standard insurance company, now we have to answer everyone elses calls, which the only thing that it does is delay us even more in the process of the claims and volume, someone with zero experience in non standard insurance and that hasn't even said hello to the adjuster even once after being in the company for several months and implementing even more rules that makes it even harder to work your claims.

Pros

Remote Pay is great compared to other nonstandard insurance My original supervisor was Amazing

Cons

Entire company is unprofessional! The higher ups all need a course of proper communication skills! They speak down on you threaten you and expect that energy to Motivate you to do better! There is no room for promotions in a town hall meeting the CEO advised that if we want to be noticed to tell someone because supervisors and managers don’t see it! They promote people that they like and know from previous companies they work with never reaching goal! Two teammates got Promotions and their closures were at 45% or lower every month! They expect your closures to be high but our main system is always down and don’t provide time to make up the hours and then send out threatening emails with a list of everyone’s past due tasks the next day! You ask for help from supervisors and they speak to you like you’re a child one saying google is free! You have one on ones and they make it seem like you’re doing ok but work harder I know you can do this never bringing up where you go wrong then you’re hit with a team meeting or email full of complaints of your work that you’re just now hearing about! They do not hold their managers accountable and they admit that they know they do not have the best management yet they do nothing about it and blame us for Failing! If I’m sending closures then it shouldn’t take days to be reviewed and approved to make a closure! The first video reviewed in training and the only video is sexual harassment and a week after training I was prayed on by a higher up and then blackmailed! Horrible experience after a week and a day being at a company! They asked us to leave great reviews on Glassdoor to make themselves look better but how will you ever grow with lies? If you give advice or feedback to them which never do they ask us for but it goes unheard and left on read! This company could be amazing with professional people working for them!
