Pros

Pay is high, up to 35$ depending on what you teach. Good for someone who can only work a few hours a week. Overall not a bad option if you would be working retail otherwise, but you can't count on them for any more than just spending money.

Cons

Very irregular work, sometimes had nothing for months and other times constantly got emails about potential jobs. Sometimes felt as if mistakes made by clients were my own fault, also felt pressured to take on certain jobs due to small size. Had to endure several errors made by management/HR. Management would sometimes offer new jobs but never responded when prompted. Sometimes made some unreasonable demands, had to be told the same thing multiple times.

Pros

The Board supported me and the rest of the team well as time went on. We were building more and more credibility and trust within the community

Cons

Won't have the influence of some larger orgs
