Pros

None. Terrible and immoral company.

Cons

Terrible controlling leadership team who have no clue what they are doing. No benefits, appalling salary, no progression unless you are friends with the leadership. You are expected to work an exorbitant amount of overtime for no extra pay. Disgusting values. The company is constantly trying to mile more and more money out of vulnerable customers .

Pros

I make good friends with game department.

Cons

I do not even know where start. There is so many problems in the company. The management are bad and not friendly. They care for themselves only. They do not want to know if you have problem. They pay small and it is not enough to survive. You work bad hours 24-7 and you have no reward. Every one is leaving this company because it is so bad to work here. They are so under staff that they make you work extra hours. The company have a bad practice with customer and try to make money from them in illegal way. It is sad to see customer loose so much money but the company do nothing to stop this and make you to get them to loose more. If you have morals do not work here.

It's the money and the colleagues that keep you there

Pros

Good salary, much more higher than the national minimum wage and if you score high on your reviews, you are eligible for a pay rise. Great people to work with, the departments become a family

Cons

The hours - going from night shifts to morning shifts to afternoon shifts can be exhausting and its very strict and technical to swap shifts No social life - if you're on shifts, it's hard to maintain a social life Lack of freedom Lack of/very limited food and drink
