Food is what you'd expect. - We had no idea who senior management even was. Warehouse workers are disconnected from any decision making. They don't want your input on how to make things better.

They really don't care about your well being the union rep is a joke He will not do anything for you. Your working in a racist environment with an system that dedicated to hiring and firing people. Your only allowed to miss 11 days within 12 months which includes your sick days. Before the pandemic our break times were 24mins and 4 mins of that is meant for walking the distance of the warehouse now we get 24mins for break to wash our hands and properly sanitize our lunch table then prepare our meals They had around 3 cases of covid 19 But only informed there workers about 1 then they waited 2-3 months to inform the workers about the rest They will allow White people to go home early punished and consequence ethnic people for the same thing.
