- Employees are constantly pushed to overworking themselves. I made the target #'s but many pickers were fired for not hitting "prod".
- Pay isn't good. Most are hired by staffing agency, who takes a cut of wages.
- Employees are questioned for taking sick days. Limited time off.
- Little social interaction, very isolating job (this might be a positive for some).
- Cafeteria looks like a hospital. Food is what you'd expect.
- We had no idea who senior management even was. Warehouse workers are disconnected from any decision making. They don't want your input on how to make things better.
