Pros

The employees work well together within each department

Cons

The employees are not valued in anyway from the executive director on down to the program directors. The clients are allowed to behave how ever they want and the employees are expected to bend over backwards to fix all of there problems with no responsibility of their own. No support at all.

Great Place to Work if you Like Kids

Pros

Headstart was a really fun environment to work in with a great mission. Everyday I got to work with kids and families.

Cons

The management at the time was very top-down and difficult to work for. While the Community Action agency was great, the Headstart management was very toxic and promoted a climate where people were constantly gossiping, reporting others, ect.
