Toxic Environment

Pros

Everyone is friendly and nice to you

Cons

Very toxic environment, people who have been at the company for a long time purposely hide information from others so they can fail at there jobs. People with length of service are protected so you can’t complain about them. VERY TOXIC, save your sanity and don’t work for Ashbury. WORST PLACE I have worked in years. Awful culture, the whole ‘we are a family’ is a pretence and only applies to favourites. Terrible place to work and a very toxic culture.

Pros

In central London and near street food market

Cons

Allow me to articulate the underlying issues with this organization, which, at first glance, may seem innocuous. Upon initial engagement, the facade of congeniality presented by the staff is deceiving. However, as one delves deeper into the role, the stark reality of managerial incompetence becomes glaringly apparent. Promises of comprehensive training, which were liberally dispensed, never materialized into substantive action. This creates a fundamentally flawed environment where expectations are high, yet the foundational support necessary to meet these expectations is conspicuously absent. The workplace is rife with petty politicking, a veritable den of backstabbers where genuine collaboration is suffocated by self-interest. This toxic culture is compounded by an egregious disparity between the workload and the remuneration offered. The salary is, frankly, derisory given the significant responsibilities shouldered by employees. Contractors, in particular, are treated with palpable disdain, reducing their professional contributions to mere afterthoughts. This systemic dysfunctionality should serve as a cautionary tale. My advice: steer clear of this company if you value your professional integrity and well-being.
