      Welcoming and fair company with performance-based promotions

      Pros

      Ever since joining Asembia I've been welcomed with professionalism and courtesy. Asembia is an extremely fair and performance based company. Promotions and recognition are based on performance and contributions, not who knows who or favoritism. Those that work hard and focus will be recognized and have opportunities available to them.

      Some locations are fully in-office.

      Pros

      All these new positive recent reviews are because the CEO sent out a mass email asking employees to come put in a good review on Glassdoor. Only pro is that you'll have some great coworkers, but you can find that anywhere. DON'T waste your time.

      Cons

      Very little training before you have to sink or swim. Extreme micromanagement. It isn't enough that you're on camera your entire shift. The CID hellhounds will nitpick everything in your entire office. If you have ANYTHING in the room they don't like you will get written up for it. It doesn't matter if it isn't within reach or turned off. And if they cant find something to write you up for, they will make something up so that you'll fail their check anyway. It's like working for middle school 'mean girls'.
