Pros
This place does a lot really well. With younger founders, they are really striving to make things good for their employees. Really good benefits at employer paid health/dental/vision. Unlimited PTO. Plenty of outings as a team. Great work environment. Lots of free lunches. Its a great place.
Cons
Being completely honest, I cant think of one. I have been treated with respect, kindness, dignity and really feel like part of the team.
