      Pros

      - Talented and lovely people - Diverse projects and clients - Nice work/life balance - Summer Fridays and outdoor activities - Big client names for your portfolio if that is your thing - Partners work closely with designers (no middle-management)

      Cons

      - Bad compensation - Poor management - Very limited career opportunities - Important projects for big clients can get chaotic really fast (late hours, poor creative direction) - It's a small firm with politics and bureaucracy of a huge company - Partners work closely with designers (surprise projects pop-up with crazy deadlines, creative direction can be entirely based on personal preferences, not facts or research)

      Great design talent with Semi interesting projects

      Cons

      Horribly run by senior management and CEO (Rinat specifically). Enormous egos throughout all staff. Chaos doesn’t even begin. I would avoid unless you like passive aggressive suck ups. Half of the staff and senior managers are LBGTQ and they did not even celebrate gay pride month.zero diversity and the CEO is so flippant with her direction everyone hates it and no one stands up to her or pushes back.
